Former Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Ejisu-Juaben Municipality, Hon. Yamoah Ponkoh has indicated that the Free Senior School Policy which President Akufo-Addo is boasting of is the birthright of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC).
