Akwasi Seidu, a 20-year-old resident of Accra who allegedly sent his 11-year-old sister to the Nana Atia Shrine at Sankor in the Ahanta West District of the Western Region for ritual purposes to enable him become fabulously rich, has been arrested by the police.
