The Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) has declined investigation into the murder of Issah Mobila. �The Commission shall not investigate a matter which is pending before a court or judicial tribunal,� CHRAJ�s director in charge of legal and investigations wrote in response to a petition by Private Eric Modzaka.
