The National Parliamentary Appeal Committee of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) on Thursday, September 12, 2019 gave its consent to the Member of Parliament aspirant for Klottey Korley constituency, Henry Hariod Kwartei Quartey, to contest the "orphan constituencies" primaries scheduled for September 28.
