Mr Kojo Oppong Nkrumah, the Information Minister Thursday inaugurated the National Census Publicity, Education and Advocacy Committee (NEPEAC) with a charge to members to ensure that every individual in Ghana is counted in the 2020 National Population and Housing Census.
