A high-powered delegation from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has arrived in Kyebi in the Eastern Region to apologise to the Okyenhene, Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin and the Akyem AbuakwaTraditional Council on behalf of its Ashanti Regional Secretary.
