Non-governmental organisations (NGOs)led by the Vision for Alternative Development have called on Wendy Shay,a female Ghanaian artiste to apologise to Ghanaian youth for asking the Food and Drugs Authority to lift the ban on celebrities advertising alcoholic beverages.
