Dr Patrick Kuma Aboagye, Director-General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), on Thursday said Ghanaian nationals in Wuhan city and Hubei Province in China, where the there is an outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), will not be evacuated.
