The Majority Leader and Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Hon. Osei Mensah Bonsu, has denied reports making rounds that the Minority came back to Parliament for their jollof rice and drinks popularly referred to as 'Item 13' after they walked out from this year's State of the Nation Address (SoNA) by President Akufo-Addo.
