General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Johnson Asiedu Nketia has begged to differ on the assumption made by Center for Ethical Governance and Administration (CEGA) that the outbreak of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) in the country should cause the Electoral Commission (EC) to postpone the new registration scheduled for 18th April 2020.
