Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Kwame Baffoe has stated that members of the NDC do not have any positive conscience to curb the spread of COVID-19 in the country; therefore government cannot admit to work with their technical team, when it has already made room for such provisions.
