A member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) COVID-19 Rapid Response Team, Hon. Mintah Akandoh has indicated that Ghana will not have recorded any case among the citizens if the Akufo-Addo government had worked with his earlier suggestion to mandatorily quarantine people coming into the country through the borders and the airport.
