The French National Research Institute for Sustainable Development (IRD) is implementing a programme in Ghana, in partnership with the West African Centre for Cell Biology of Infectious and Non-Communicable Diseases (WACCBIP) and the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research (NMIMR) of the University of Ghana, to strengthen the country’s strategy to respond to the disease.
