The Deputy Minister of Trade and Industry, Carlos Ahenkorah has described as reckless the statement made by the Member of Parliament for Bolgatanga Central, Isaac Adongo, attributing the complications at the Tema Port on Tuesday, 28th April, 2020 to the Senior Minister, Yaw Osafo Maafo.
