The Minister of Water Resources, Works and Housing, Hon Samuel Atta Akyea has said Messrs Construtora OAS Ghana Ltd, a Brazilian company which was awarded the contract for the Saglemi Housing project near Old Ningo in the Greater Accra region, has allegedly misappropriated an amount of US$ 159 million.
