The Chairman of the Volta Regional Council of Elders of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Mr Dan Abodakpi, has described the recently launched book “Working with Rawlings” by Professor Kwamena Ahwoi as “wholly inaccurate or patently false.”
