A resident of Tema, Enoch Agyapong, has petitioned the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) to initiate criminal proceedings against the Tema West Member of Parliament (MP), Carlos Ahenkorah, for allegedly endangering the lives of the constituents with COVID-19.
