Blue Ocean Investments Ltd., the leading bulk distributor of petroleum products in Ghana, has signed a collective bargaining agreement with the General Transport, Petroleum and Chemical Workers Union (GTPCWU), an umbrella body for oil and gas sector workers in the country.
