The Deputy General Secretary of the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), Peter Boamah Otokunor is against the whooping GHS100, 000 as a filing fee for anyone who wants to be on the Electoral Commission’s ballot paper as a presidential candidate in the December 7 polls.
