The Speaker of Parliament, Professor Mike Oquaye is optimistic the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will snatch the Korle Klottey Constituency parliamentary seat in the Greater Accra Region from the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the upcoming December 7 elections.
