The Vice-Chairman of the Committee of Defense and Interior in Parliament, Hon. Collins Owusu Amankwah says the decision of the Interior Minister, Hon, Ambrose Dery to provide police bodyguard to all Members of Parliament (MPs) should not be a gentlemanly agreement.
