The dismissed Chief Executive Officer of the Public Procurement Authority (PPA), Mr Adjenim Boateng Adjei, has sued the Commission for Human Rights and Administrative Justice (CHRAJ) over what he describes as an unfair treatment meted out to him in the ‘Contract for Sale’ probe conducted by the institution.
