The third sitting of the Supreme Court hearing of the 2020 Presidential election petition has started in earnest. Already, lawyers for John Dramani Mahama, the Petitioner have filed a motion for review of the court's ruling on Tuesday on the dismissal of the interrogatories.

This move follows the dismissal of John Mahama’s legal team’s earlier motion seeking to ask the EC some 12 questions.
