Mr. Dominic Akuritinga Ayine, a Spokesperson for the Petitioner, former President John Dramani Mahama, on Tuesday alleged that Mrs. Jean Mensa, the Chairperson of the Electoral Commission acted in bad faith against the Petitioner.
