Former GNPC boss, Mr. Alex Mould has challenged a rejoinder of the World Bank which sought to portray that he lied about the world bank providing guarantees to four Independent Power Producers (IPPs) to cover Power Purchase Agreement (PPAs) under the erstwhile John Mahama administration.
