Dr. Benjamin Otchere-Ankrah, a lecturer of the Central University in Accra has slammed the National Communications Officer of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Sammy Gyamfi for 'attacking' the Speaker of Parliament, Alban Bagbin and other MPs.
