The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has taken over completely the responsibilities of the erstwhile Customs, Excise and Preventive Service (CEPS), Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Value Added Tax Service (VATS) and Revenue Agencies Governing Board (Secretariat).
