Danquah Institute founder, Gabby Asare Otchere-Darko, has celebrated the immediate past Minister for the defunct Ministry of Inner-City and Zongo Development, Dr Mustapha Hamid for his unblemished integrity describing him as “one of the most principled and honest human beings I have ever known in my life”.
