The Executive Director for the Institute of Energy Security, Nana Amoasi VII, has taken a swipe at the Attorney General, Mr Godfred Yeboah Dame, describing him as negligent for his failure to defend Ghana on the $170 million judgment debt awarded to power company, Ghana Power Generation Company (GCGP).
