The National Executives of the ruling New Patriotic Party(NPP) Constituency Officers Welfare (NCOW), on Wednesday 11th August 2021, paid a courtesy call on Dr Owusu Afriyie Akoto, Minister for Food and Agriculture at his office at the Ministry of Food and Agriculture to present a citation for being a distinguished patriot to the party and the country as a whole.
