The Minister of Roads and Highways, Mr Kwasi Amoako-Atta has been explaining how he made a complaint in August 2021 to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service and it has led to a revelation that, radio talk host, Blessed Godsbrain Smart, commonly referred to as Captain Smart, allegedly "accepted a bribe," according to the police, to influence a public officer [Kwasi Amoako-Atta].
