Chelsea have agreed a deal to sign 19-year-old midfielder Cesare Casadei from Inter Milan; Chelsea also submitted a £40m-£45m bid for Everton forward Anthony Gordon but that offer has been rejected; Everton's stance is the player is not for sale.
