The National Democratic Congress’ (NDC) Member of Parliament for Ningo -Prampram, Hon. Sam George, has accused the commissioner general of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA), Rev. Fr. Ammishaddai Owusu-Amoah of attempting to re-award a contract given to a Ghanaian to an Indian Firm.
