Former General Secretary of the Conventions People's party (CPP), Dr. Kwabena Bonfeh has issued a word of caution to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) following the latter's announcement of the use of drones to monitor elections proceedings at the various polling centers in the upcoming December 7 general elections.
