A past Deputy Minister for Environment in the Rawlings led administration, Mr. Sam Pee Yalley, has made a passionate appeal to delegates of the National Democratic Congress, to vote for President J.E.A Mills at the July 9-10 Congress in order to save the Rawlingses from persecution.
