A former Deputy Minister for Environment in the Rawlings led administration, Mr. Sam Pee Yalley, has asked Mr. Kofi Adams, Deputy General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) to usher himself out of the party if he cannot live up to the tenets of the NDCs constitution.
