Presidential Aide, Stan Dogbe has called on the Deputy General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress, Kofi Adams to resign if he cannot live up to the tenets of the party�s constitution which prescribed the number of delegates to vote at the party�s just ended national delegates congress.
