The Ministry of Youth and Sports, has on behalf of the Government and people of Ghana sent a goodwill message to International Boxing Federation (IBF) Bantamweight Champion, Joseph Agbeko as he takes on Abner Mares on Saturday, August 13th at Hard Rock in Las Vegas, United States of America (USA) in a world title unification bout.
