I have read with interest the attempt by the Ghana Private Road Transport Union to intensify measures to reduce road traffic accidents in Ghana. According to the National Chairman Alhaji Yaw Manu, the Union will be introducing breathalyzers and reflectors (Graphic.com, August, 19th. 2011).
