Founder and Leader of the United Renaissance Party (URP) �Chuck� Kofi Wayo, has implored the Bureau of National Investigation (BNI) to arrest and charge doctors at the National Cardiothoracic Centre (NCTC) at Korle Bu Teaching Hospital for first degree manslaughter if any loss of life occurred during their strike action yesterday.
