President John Mills faces the wrath of Ghanaians today as a pressure group, Young Patriots, hits the streets to vent its frustrations and disappointment over what it claims is the deliberate policy of continuous gas shortage, unbearable utility tariffs alongside the fast track return of the country to the Heavily Indebted Poor Countries (HIPC) status.
