Twenty seven year old Ngozi Collins Ogadinma has found himself in the grips of police over a SIM card fraud case. Ogadinma is alleged to have been arrested for phishing (obtaining financial or other confidential information from internet users) at the Budumburam Liberian Camp in the Central region.
