The Association for peace and Development, a local NGO operating in the Northern regions of Ghana has expressed revulsion about the over concentration on the negative side of the wiki leaks publications of diplomatic cable from the United States of American about Ghana but silent on the commendations that key officials in government both in the past and present received by the same reports.
