Director of Communications for the ruling NDC in the Central Region, Bernard Allotey Jacobs, has slammed former acting National Coordinator of the National Youth Council (NYC), Dr Sekou Nkrumah, for deciding to ditch the ruling party describing him as a �confused� and �immature� politician.
