NPP firebrand and Member of Parliament for Assin North, Hon Kennedy Agyapong, has served official notice to all his debtors, especially those on the other side of the political divide, who have continuously accused him of being an illicit drugs trader to take immediate steps to refund his �drug monies� to him.
