Professor George Yaw Gyan-Baffuor, New Patriotic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for Wenchi, has observed that the economy was suffering from Kwashiorkor, a disease caused by malnutrition, because the actual growth rate was 6.8 per cent and not 13.6 per cent.
