Former Interior Minister under the erstwhile Kufuor-administration, Papa Owusu-Ankomah has ridiculed claims by leading member of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alfred Woyome that he (Owusu-Ankomah) and the government planned but failed an assassination attempt on him.
