General Secretary of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) Johnson Asiedu Nketia has taken a swipe at his critics who are daring him to confirm or deny whether the controversial ultra-modern building located at Adabraka, which is estimated to cost $20million, is owned by NDC.
