The NPP Parliamentary candidate for Obuasi whose Development Data organisation sued the National Petroleum Authority over illegal ex-refinery differentials has described as a �big lie� threats by the NPA that prices of petroleum products would shoot up if a recent court ruling against the NPA was allowed to stand.
