It has emerged that embattled NDC guru, Alfred Agbesi Woyome, on August 18, 2009 wrote a letter to then Minister of Youth and Sports, Mr. Rashid Pelpuo, challenging a 33 million Euro claim that Waterville had made on the Government of Ghana, contending that �the demand by Waterville BVI is grossly exaggerated�.
